1. Communication with the Company's manager concerning the range of interest, more precise determination of Customer's needs.
2. Preparation and confirmation of test samples, approval of colour standards and Product specifications, coordination of Product's price.
3. Conclusion of contract - coordination of cooperation conditions, approval of final Contract version, signing.
The list of documents for conclusion of a contract (at conclusion stage - scanned copies, at order placement stage - certified copies):
- Customer card;
- Constituent documents:
- Charter with any amendments
- Foundation agreement (contract on foundation) or decision on foundation (if the company is founded by 1 person) with any amendments
- Taxpayer certificate
- Certificate on entry into the state register
- Data on statistics codes, OKPO (Russian National Classifier of Businesses and Organizations) and OKVED (Russian Classification of Economic Activities)
- Excerpt from Russian Classifier of Legal Entities
- Documents confirming powers of company officials
- Report (decision) on appointment of sole executive body
- Orders on appointment to the posts of sole executive body and chief accountant (with signatures of the respective persons confirming familiarization)
If the goods are shipped from COLORNILE LLC with payment by instalments or delay of payment
Financial documents:
- Accounting (financial) reports for the last accounting period (with the mark of taxation body on approval or confirmation of submission of tax reports in electronic form)
- Explanation of balance sheet lines for the last accounting date which make 10 and more percents of the total balance amount.
4. Order placement. The Company manager will provide all explanations concerning the order form and correct placement of Order.
5. Order manufacture. Manufacture terms are discussed with the manager at the stage of Order receipt.
6. Preparation of document set. The goods are supplemented with all necessary accompanying freight documents, attached technical certificates of the finished goods. In the event of customer pickup, the driver should have original of the power of attorney for shipment.
7. Shipment. Upon manufacture, the Company manager informs the Customer on readiness of the Product to be shipped
