1. I, being the User (the individual with legal capacity, being 18 years old, using the Website), acting on my own will and in my own interests pursuant to the requirements of the Federal law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”, as amended and supplemented, as well as to the Federal law No. 38-FZ “On Advertising” of 13 March 2006, hereby provide my consent to the Limited Liability Company COLORNILE (hereinafter the “Company”) to processing of my personal data mentioned at registration and/or during filling in application for the receipt of an offer and/or subscribing to the information, including those for advertising, by means of the web-form filling on the Website, forwarded (completed) with use of the Website.
The term ‘personal data’ shall mean any information relating to me as the subject of personal data including: surname, name, middle name, position, company, contact information (mobile, working phone, e-mail address), and any data on me, which will become known in course of the execution of contracts (in case of signing the contracts between me and the Company), as well as other publicly accessible information on me. .

I hereby agree thatto the extent of the personal data processing the Company has the right to obtain, carry out recording, accumulation, systematization, processing, analysis, storage, modification (updating, changing), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of my personal data through managing the database using automated or mechanic aids or manually with the following purposes:
- maintaining and updating the client’s base;
- obtaining and carrying out researches of statistical data;
- conducting marketing programs;
- conducting interviews and surveys, intended to detect (dis)satisfaction of the user, to continuously improve the level of goods and services rendered;
- providing me with the information on the goods and services rendered by the Company;
- advertizing or any other promotion of the goods and services at the market through direct contacts with me and other consumers;
- providing the technical support during the processing of the information, documentation and personal data with the use of special means or without them.
3. I hereby express my consent to receive advertizing and allow the Company to conduct SMS mailing to my address and also other types of mailings and notifications, including those of advertizing manner, with the use of any communication aids.
4. I express my consent and allow the Company to combine personal data in an information system of and to process my personal data by means of the automation equipment or without the use thereof and also by means of other software, which are specially developed upon request of the Company. The operation with information systems of personal data is carried out according to the algorithm specified by the Company (collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, modification, use, blocking, destruction, etc.). The used processing methods, including without limitation are data modification and contacting me regularly by e-mail, phone communication (including mobile communication) or the Internet.
5. I hereby acknowledge that I have been advised by the Company that the expected users of my personal data are the Company’s employees, as well as persons involved on the conditions of the civil contract.
6. I understand that:
- the present Consent to the processing of my personal data and receipt of advertizing has no expiration and can be withdrawn by sending to the Company of the written application. The day following the date of receipt by the Company of the written application on a withdrawal of Consent to processing of personal data and/or receipt of advertizing shall be the date of the Consent withdrawal;
- I have the right to access to my personal data and the right to require modification (updating, changing) my personal data and also deleting and destruction of my personal data in case of the processing by the Company violating my legitimate rights and the interests, as well as the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7. In case of change of my personal data / information I undertake to report new data to the Company immediately.

The present Consent is recognized by me, by the Company as a written consent to the processing of my personal data and receipt of advertizingin accordance with the art. 9 of the Federal law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”, as amended and supplemented, as well as with the art. 18 of the Federal law No. 38-FZ “On Advertising” of 13 March 2006.
9. Bythis Consent I confirm that I am a subject of personal dataand that the information provided by me is correct.
10. I become aware that the registration and/or filling in of the application for receiving an offer and/or subscribing for advertisement on the Website means my written consent to the conditions described in the present Consent.
