In the dyeing shop, the treads are dyied on modern dyeing machines of FONGS brand with load capacity of up to 40 kg. On these machines, the threads are dyied in packs (reels). Dyeing machines function automatically and are controlled by modern software. These dyeing machines are highly efficient and allow dyeing of various kinds of threads, such as cotton, viscose, wool, linen, polyamide and polyester fibres, meta-armide. There are laboratory devices for colour correcting in the dyeing shop.

Dyes and textile auxiliaries of the leading manufacturers, such as HUNTSMAN, BEZEMA, DyStar are applied in the dyeing process. All applied dyes and textile auxiliaries have certificates of conformity to the Russian standard and the Russian hygienic certificate.

Dyeing can be carried out on give-and-take basis and with use of our raw materials.
